I received these clip in extensions and they were great at first but, after I washed it one time with non sulfate shampoo (per the care directions) they became super frizzy. I am wondering if they are just a bad batch. I reached out to the team with my concerns and the sent back a link to a help page. I just wanted an exchange for a new set. I paid a lot for hair that should not get frizzy after one week of use.”

“After buying this for my wedding this was the closest and the lightest shade they had in stock at the beauty show to my hair. It has the weirdest rose gold hue to it that does not blend no matter what I tried to do to my hair… have tried to braid it in but I cannot seem to hide it.”
