I personally spend thousands every year with this company and this is the first time that I have been extremely disappointed in the quality of the product for the price. These clip on extensions are thin and the bottoms are frizzy and do not respond to styling as their other other products. I am very disappointed and will not purchase this product again.”
“So disappointed as I thought after reading it was a "good idea" to color my extensions, thinking my hair was gonna match my natural hair but after using a demi professional haircolor on them they thinned out so much I cant even wear them. they just look so thin and unhealthy. I was so excited and splurged on them just for them to be ruined within a week”

“This color is basically strips of blonde next to strips of brown. Very contrasted and no blend. Also, hints of red in natural lighting. I was very disappointed and had to return. Customer service was helpful though and did waive my restocking fee.”
