“Ordered a couple days before their Black Friday sale. Spent $$$ on my clip ins, then they offer 30% off. I asked For a price adjustment, No one gets back to me for 3 day and then they say they can’t. They say I can reorder but now only 20% off. I tell them I’m disappointed with their customer service as I work In sales... no one gets back to me. Then I get a text from them asking if I still want to order?!?! I reply back with my situation and they never respond. I saved up for these expensive extensions for my wedding next week. Never, in my history as a consumer, was a company not willing to do a price adjustment, even when you tell them you’re going to return and then no follow up?! Really disappointed in my experience.”
“Do not buy these. Ordered these for my wedding and they were absolutely horrible... especially considering how much I spent on them! I have bought this brand for years from a local salon and decided to order online for my wedding day. When they arrived they were nothing like the ones that I have been using for years. The length was just scraggly tiny things strands of hair and there was barely any hair in the middle of the wefts.(on all of them) It was already shedding and it was tangling because of how thin the hair was on them. My hairstylist for my wedding was appalled and said she’d never seen such horrible extensions and she has also purchased that brand from a local salon before and had no issues when purchased in store either. I had to go purchase a new set of a different brand from a salon to get by with my desired hairstyle on my wedding day. I used to recommend this brand to everyone and have spent thousands on them over the years... however I never will again and am sure to spread the word to never ever order these online. They are literal trash and you’re ripping people off!”
“Very thin, clips do not stay put (even with hair teasing). Having worn extensions for the past 13years, this is one of the worst sets. Will not purchase again.”
“I’ve used Donna Bella’s tape in extensions before and loved them. I bought clip ins expecting they would be the same quality but these are so thin on the ends. Even with the thicker package and the full set put in, the ends looks stringy because they’re so thin. They’d probably work better if you just want them for volume and not length.”
“I was super excited to get these in but they seemed to shed by lighting brushing them and they were oily. I tried to straighten them and they appeared thin and the ends wouldn’t stay straight for 2 minutes. Very disappointed”
