“I purchased $400 with of clip ins and when I went to return/exchange for a different length it states that it’s a clearance item. It does not state that the items are on clearance. I even purchased one on accident and minutes later I called customer service and asked to cancel the order and was told I was not able to cancel. Very upset it should clearly state on the website that the clip ins are all clearance and not returnable”

“They look great, the clips are strong and the color was almost spot on…HOWEVER THEY SHED LIKE CRAZY. Little chucks of hair keep coming out of the weft at the ends attached to the clips. I’m disappointed but should have known better then to buy hair online. Their ok”

“I am not one to review products, but this one needs it. The ends of the hair is EXTREMELY thin. I have purchased many tape-ins from Donna Bella, and loved all of them, but I decided to give my hair a break and use clip ins for a while. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the hair for the price I paid. I even ordered the Deluxe ones, so I would hate to see the quality of the regular ones. The only positive I will give is the hanger that comes with the extensions, it makes it easy to store them. Do not waste your money on these extensions, order from a competitor for MUCH better quality.”
