“I splurged on purchasing these because of your website says they sell to hair salons and the description that it was cuticle intact hair got me. I have only worn these a few times and now they are stiff they are matting to the point where in order for them to look decent they have to be brushed every few minutes which is unacceptable. To pay $200 something dollars for extensions and to get hair that seems like the cheap hair that you should pay $20 $30 for that falls on the salon floor that's highly processed and not cutically aligned is wrong. I am highly upset I will never purchase from this vendor ever again. My mother is an a-list stylist with Paul Mitchell systems and I will tell her about this and it will get around word of mouth through the whole Paul Mitchell community that these extensions are crap. I feel like I spent $200 on trash thank you!”

“Please don’t buy anything here. I can’t imagine a way that this company could possibly be any worse. First the quality of the hair is something you could buy for $20 on Amazon. More importantly their customer service is TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!! They sent me the wrong product. It took them 6 days to respond to my return request. Two weeks later and I’m still waiting for my refund. It looks like I’ll have to get my bank involved. But I’m still getting spammed with ads like I have been since the day I ordered. AWFUL!!!!”
“I thought I ordered 160 grams worth of hair but it feels still so thin, wouldn't recommend for the price at all. The hair quality is good but get prepared to buy a lot of it to make it actually look natural. It is NOT what it looks like on the models of course. Color is nice, does feel like actual hair but I feel like I didn't get what I paid for. wont order again.
also- the box doesn't come from donna bella hair- it seems like a third party.”
