“The hair started burning off when I curled it. I used my LUV hair curler at 175 degrees. I do not believe this is 100% human hair as advertised or else it wouldn’t have burn off. I contacted customer service for over 1 week now and they just keep asking me to let them know what product I used. I do not recommend”
“I really wanted to love them and make them work but the quality is just too low. It was a perfect color match but the hair was so thin, sparsely placed on clips (leaving empty spots), and pieces even started falling out of the clip throughout my first wear. You get what you pay for I guess.”
