“I have been a loyal customer for 2 years. The clips ins were an absolute let down. No thickness what so ever. The color was beautiful. I sent them back. I was disappointed and disgusted with how much I paid for these.”
“Super disappointed when I got these in the mail. The weight was the lowest but I didn’t think they’d be THAT thin. It also became so stringy at the end and I wore it and only styled it once before I started seeing a lot of split ends. I only wore them 4 times and I hated it everytime. Constant shedding and tangling. Looks like cheap synthetic hair. Do not buy I subbed it for bellami hair and it is so much better”
“The color was totally off. Although they were labeled platinum ash blonde they were a buttery golden color. I also paid extra for the premium and they are so thin and ratty I was appalled. I’ve ordered tape-in extensions from this brand MANY times and am always so impressed and rave about them recommending them to everyone, so the quality of the weight and color of these clips was just shocking to me!! I immediately had to soak them in purple shampoo to tone them to the correct shade and make them useable but they’re still embarrassingly ratty looking at the ends. I wish I could’ve returned them and got my money back. I MIGHT order tapes from here again, but I’ll never recommend clips ever.”
“This is probably the worst time I’ve ever had ordering a product. I ordered the wrong color and needed a simple exchange. Same everything, just a different color. Not only did they try to charge me a different price saying I got a different weight but then sent me the wrong kind of extensions. Overall the whole process took a little over a month and was a huge waste of my time. I was very disappointed to not only get what I ordered late but to have it sent back to me incorrectly.”
