“Very disappointed...this was the 3rd reorder.. This time very disappointed I spent alot of money them. And they are very flimsy. I reordered because my previous orders I absolutely loved them.. I just took these out of the box today. I won't be wearing them.”

“I purchased a full head of extensions in the same color that I had previously purchased individual extensions. My expectation was that the color would be the same. Unfortunately, there was quite a difference in both the color and the amount of shine. When I contacted customer service, they asked for a photo comparing the two, which I provided. They seemed to agree, because they suggested a different color. Their color suggestion did not seem right to me, so they then suggested I wash the hair with a salon professional grade Violet Shampoo, which would have made the extensions non-returnable. They then suggested the difference in color could be due to age, then said their specialists thought it was the same color, despite them being clearly different in the photo. They will have to be returned, and apparently I will now be out $7.95 for shipping and 15% for a restocking fee.
This was a very disappointing process and I still need extensions!!!”
“Overall I wasn’t impressed with my extensions. I expected the extensions to have more hair in general. The two longest clips put together is what I was expecting to get in one extensions clip. The hair looks cheap, thin, and lack luster. I wish Donna Bella had an actual return policy in place. I ordered the most expensive extensions and now I have to keep them when I’m not happy with what I ordered.”
