“I purchased a set of DonnaBella hair extension clip-ins at Sally’s Beauty and was stunned at how thin and scraggly they were. The company offered to send a replacement set and the second was worse than the first. They are terribly frizzy the length of the hair, but the ends are unmanageably frizzy and scraggly. I have even tried hair oils and heat protected styling- nothing works. They offered to refund to store credit, but trust me, nothing on that site is worth the try.”
