“I had previously purchased these in #600 and these were a replacement by the company due to excess shedding. I have had these installed for 10 days now and the shedding is even worse than the previous color! My hairdresser is to the point where she will not be using Donna Bella until this problem is corrected. Please fix this problem Donna Bella! I have worn hair extensions for over 3 years, only use professional hair care products, and baby my extensions so this is NOT a me problem! My hairdresser is certified in installing these and she is seeing the excess shedding in multiple colors on multiple clients. Do not buy these!”

“This is my 2nd weft I’ve received that is significantly less than their usually outstanding quality. The color is good, but the hair has a lot of split ends and not as much vibrant thick hair as it used to. I reached out to customer service with no response and since this is my second batch of hair that’s not good, no response from customer service, that is my reason for 1 star.”

The color is more like a golden blonde Over all the hair is good quality and last a long time with good hair care routine I’m Just not happy with the color on this purchase.”
