“This is my first time buying hair from Donna Bella. I wanted to try out this brand because I am a professional hair stylist and thought it might be a good option for my clients. I was very disappointed with this hair. The ends were extremely dry, brittle, and fuzzy and the weft feels like hard plastic. The weft is super itchy against my scalp, and not flexible like it should be. As a professional hair stylist I know that this is not the norm, and the stylist who referred me to this brand was shocked and thinks I got a defective batch of hair. Seems like there is a quality control issue!!”
