“I’m sure nothings wrong with the hair. I have order countless times before. But customer service and overnight shipping is a joke. I’m super upset I order two full head wefts three weeks prior to my appointments. They took the WHOLE 10 business days to even send out my order. Therefore it was late lucky for me my family came down with the stomach bug so I had to cancel anyways. Then when I finally got an email from them it said they had refund my money. I needed the hair and not a refund so I called turns out the my address was not fully there which was my mistake. The I had the ave # on the address just not the actual “ave.” I was then told to just reorder but then now since it took so long for my first order I had to pay for overnight shipping. A day and the weekend later I still have yet to receive my order. I’m really going to be looking into other extension companies now.”
