“I’ve been wearing hand tied extensions for many years and tried lots of different companies. The DB hybrid extensions are a very poor quality. They are extremely itchy and have a rough texture. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money on a quality product! These are not worth the literal headache.”
“These are very nice. The wefts are super thin and lay flat on the head. The hair is light but thick soft and silky. I’ve never seen a weft lay so flat besides hand tied. I had to double check my order because I thought these were. I absolutely love the versatility of these I was able to go up higher on my head because it doesn’t show through. They did a nice job on these hybrid weft extensions.”
“I’ve order from Donna Bella several times now. I typically have a good experience, however it’s the bad ones and how a company handles the situation that defines them. I have not received my order yet. The first time I contacted the company I spoke with a lady who was very kind. She told me my package showed delivered and asked if I could check with my neighbors. I asked my neighbors if maybe they received my package, I was told no. My neighbors are normally good about bring mail over when it’s delivered to the wrong address, so I totally trust them. When that was unsuccessful I called Donna Bella back. This time the lady was not so friendly. Lucky for me I had insurance (which I thought I was buying insurance on the hair but I guess I purchased shipping insurance as well). I was told I had to contact the insurance company. She then told me once it leave them it is out of their hands. Well, I’m the customer and my order from your company never made it to my hands. I have an appointment on Wednesday (tomorrow) and I still haven’t been able to get this issue resolved. Donna Bella washed their hands of me and the insurance company they have representing their company hasn’t been any better. Oh, I forgot to mention, they show the package as delivered but on my end (the shop tracking app) still shows it as in transit, which I also told the Donna Bella Rep and sent screenshots over to the insurance company. I’m extremely disappointed. I will cancel my appointment tomorrow and Donna Bella may have lost a loyal customer.”
“The overall quality of the hair is very good - the color is rich and vibrant and the hair feels silky and healthy. However, I am very disappointed in two things that I would consider as dealbreakers for future purchases: 1) the density of the hair is very underwhelming and much thinner than I expected it to be (someone asked my if I had just one row installed but i actually had 3...) and 2) the design of this particular weft is meant to be cut without unravelling and one of my pieces started to unravel pretty bad and I couldn't use that piece anymore.”
