Let me start by saying I have loved working with Donna Bella hybrid wefts for the last three years. Unfortunately I’ve noticed a dramatic change in the quality of their product in the last few months since they have changed their packaging. The Wefts are stiff and the quality of the hair is very poor. What’s worse, I reached out to customer service to privately address the issue thinking it might’ve just been a bad batch of hair but all of my emails have been ignored. It’s really sad because this was hands-down my favorite hair at one point in time. You can see in the picture that I have attached how poor the quality of the hair is, this was right out of the package, wetting it and trying to blow dry it smooth with a round brush.

Don't waist your money this hair is not quality hair I've been buying g db hair fir over 3 years now and I list say the quality had gone down the drain along the with all my hair and money. The 1stvweft as great but after that the last 3 were dry ,brittle,shedding like crazy and matted up. Affter only 3 days .my 1st lasted almost a year the last 3. I could not move up once. Go to babe or aqua hair. Yhis hair is not good I even went darker thinking it would be better I was wrongfully ends. Right off the bat . and they refused yo help me

I've been buying Donna Bella hair for. Years now and I can say that the 1st weft I got was. Great. Lasted almost a year. But the last 3 gabe been horrible. After 3 days no washing. Or heat I had matting. So much sheadfi g and. Split ends. Im Beverly upset. And. Now I can't even get help. They. Refuse to respond. I tried to change to a darker color thinking this might help pm and now uts worse. The cost. Of hair went up and. The quality went down. .

I gave it 4 stars because they want post the bad reviews. It sheading like a dog in the spring amd this after only 3 of being in. I haven't even washed it yet. Cant wait want for that. Split ends. Are already showing. days in I did not e rn. Wash it. Tet. And it looks like shit.

I have had my wefts in for a week now and I get compliments all the time and love them so much! There soft and blend so well with my natural hair!

The little hairs at the top of the weft are so annoyingly and making we itch so bad. I contacted through email and all I got back was a “thanks for contacting us” I have been doing extensions and wearing them for over a decade. I love the idea of this weft. The hair feels great but the hair turnover at the top needs to be longer. I’m super dibartolomeo in customer service because I paid over $400 for this hair and now I’m replacing it in under a week and half bc it is making me crazy.
