“I'm super disappointed with this hybrid weft. It tangles SO bad! ...and I'm not talking about a little knot. It knots up so bad I can't get my Sam Villa brush threw it! I have to take my fingers and work the knots out so I can brush it. (This happens at least 5-6 times a day. :u1F97A:) I've bought/wore Donna Bella hair for over 3 years and this is the first time this has EVER happened. I sent them an email about it 10 days ago and I haven't gotten a response back yet. I'm so bummed about it!!!
I'm posting a pic of my hair. The left side is #6/10 hybrid weft and the right side is DB flat tips that I had installed at the same time.
The hair on the right is shiny, silky, soft, straight and rarely ever gets a small tangle.
The hair on the left feels and looks very different. It almost acts like some pieces are fried. (Check out my pic and you will see what I'm referring to.)”
