“I have purchased this weft several times . Everytime with the exception of once the wefts were well made and of quality. The one time that I purchased and it wasn’t I notified Donna Bella immediately that the quality was substandard That the hair was falling out incredibly fast and Donna Bella was not responsive to this. Requiring more and more explanation and pictures. Please call me if you would like to discuss this further to rectify the reviews that I will give .”

“I bought these based on a highly respected hairdressers recommendation and am so disappointed. I previously had a different brand that looked extremely natural and looked healthy for a full year. I got these June of 2022 and I have already had to cut an inch off of them due to the ends looking dry and dead and am about to have to do it again. Once I cut them again, they are gunna be the same length as my hair which completely defeats the purpose of having them in the first place. They also, even after countless washes, still have that fresh out of the bag smell. Not that its a terrible smell, but definitely smells like I'm wearing a wig all the time which is not desirable. These will probably only last me maybe 6 months at this rate and I feel like I have wasted my money. I am so so sad and disappointed with my purchase.”
“These extensions came highly recommended by my Stylist as she has used them for years and I am completely disappointed! I got a package of full 18-inch and full 22-inch #60 and the 22-inch were especially bad. Right from the bat, I had to send them back because there were so many black strands running throughout the hair and the quality already did not seem worth the expensive price tag to me. The 22-inch pack seemed especially thin and dry/frizzy and fried already at the ends (sign of poor quality hair) for the high price even before installation. I contacted Donna Bella and got a new pack sent to me, after I returned that pack, it had less black strands running throughout but the dry, frizzy, thin quality remained the same. Also, there were tons of smaller short hairs on the top of all the wefts that make it itchy when installed and again just DOES NOT seem like a high quality hair. I proceeded to install that pack though because my Stylist praised Donna Bella. Well, I've only had the extensions in about 2 months and I have already had to completely cut the 22-inch extensions. Now my hair is all the 18-inch length-- my longer layers from the FULL 22-inch pack are completely gone. I take great care of my extensions and they typically last me a year so I was expecting that, AT THE VERY LEAST 6 months before having to cut so much of them. I'm completely dissatisfied and disappointed and will most likely not be buying from Donna Bella again. I have gotten hair in the past from Amazon or Beauty Supply Stores for much less money that were far better quality hair!!! I have never had to cut so much hair so quickly. The quality is just not there with Donna Bella like it apparently once was. Wish I had a better experience to share.”
“color is amazing length is amazing but i’ve noticed very dry ends even though only having them since 6/2/22 i’ve washed them once with salon grade products and hair masks i take very good care of my hair so that is the only thing im a little dissatisfied with but other than that very comfortable and very pretty !”
“I have always bought the 18 inch weft and have always loved the quality & feel of my extensions they have always been so nice, good quality, & last a long time! But this time I ordered the 22 inch ones & as soon as I got them straight out of the package the quality was terrible. The hair quality looks fake and they feel dry. The weft where sewed looked to have some damage and looks poorly sewn together. I went ahead and had them put in and gave them a go and they are terrible! when wet they feel stretchy like damaged fried hair & they take forever to dry and once dry they look fried and are so dry and even when styled and used with good products they feel and look fake and dry. they are the worst quailty i have ever had! i am so disappointed i spent alot of money for crap! i will not order from donna bella again after the poor quailty for the money”
