“Unfortunately have to agree with what many of the recent comments indicate. I have been a long-time customer but in my last three purchases the hair was extremely poor quality with fried ends that felt like straw, and very thin. The hair has also been pulling out of my current weft in clumps each time I brush my hair.
I reached out for support when one of my last batches of hair came in poor condition and was told my shampoo was to blame - This was not helpful as I have been a long-time customer who has used the same shampoo for years and only recently began having this issue (not to mention my natural hair, which receives the same professional-grade products, is not fried and unhealthy like this hair is....). I recently thought I would give DB one more try with a hybrid weft to see if it was just the tape-ins that were the issue, but after a huge investment of $450, my hair only lasted a few months and is already needing to be replaced. It should be noted that I take very good care of my hair and am extremely careful with it, so the longevity of this product is totally unacceptable. My hair stylist also recently purchased this weft for herself and had the exact same experience, so I know it isn't just me.
Unfortunately because of my last poor experience reaching out for customer support, I didn't feel it was worth it to try again this time around. Will likely just need to find a new extension provider.”
“Very disappointed with my latest purchase. Not sure if hair supply went down during Covid but quality definitely did. I ordered 22” and the bottom 3-4” was damaged. Could have saved money buying the 18” length. Have had on my head for a week and I notice it gets tangled very easily and almost feels like it has a synthetic blend to it. I will probably look for hair elsewhere which is disappointing since I’ve used this brand of hair for 3 years and have recommended your brand ever since.”

“I’ve had the tape ins the same color for a year. I decide to switch to the weft and I am so disappointed with this hair i received. The bottoms are fried and frizzled it has literally been two days. My hair looks horrible all the time they are ratty to brush and style horribly. I have never seen anything like this in my life I have used many treatments and nothing has worked the ends are absolutely horrible. Do not waste your money it should honestly be illegal to sell these for that price.”
“When I got the extensions there was not near enough hair for my head even though I got a full pack. At the top of the weft there’s really short hairs that make the extensions very itchy and uncomfortable. Not worth the money I paid for them”

“I recently bought the 22inch weft, I normally buy the 18inch & have never had problems in the past always loved Donna Bella & there hair but this time the hair feels dry & damaged like fake hair. The weft is crap straight outta the package. Hair is just shedding & falling out & the weft is bunching up as soon as it’s installed. The hair feels stretchy & damaged when wet! It’s just terrible all the way around! I went ahead & gave it a try & had it installed, I have only had the hair in for a week & absolutely hate it! I am so disappointed & upset that I wasted so much money for crap! I will never buy from Donna Bella again after this experience!”
