“I have used Donna Bella for years and have never ever ever had an issue, this time around my hair is dry, it Matt’s up in a ball of knots, it has broken off almost three inches or more of length in under 4 weeks of wear. I am so disappointed this time, I contacted Donna Bella and was never responded to. I wash only once a week, use the whole olaplex line professional products only, and very low and very infrequent heat use. My stylist even made the comment on their low quality feeling this time as she was installing. And we both have used and been fans of DB for years now.”
