“Every order has been dry and broken off. Every one of my clients are pretty upset with this hair. After one use is unusable. 2 months of use is unacceptable.”
Hello Michaela H.
We apologize this was your previous experience with your extensions. We have reached out to you via email. We will await your response and hope to get this resolved for you!
“I've spent thousands of dollars on Donna Bella hair. It's been my top go-to brand for beaded weft extensions. Their "hybrid" weft was the BEST! Unfortunately that's not the case anymore. The new packaging must be from a different distributor. The color is different, the texture, length, and weft is different. The weft must be made of some sort of plastic, it's a bit harder and doesn't lay flush against the head in many areas. A flat iron didn't fix this. If anything started to melt the weft so I didn't proceed.
Also added 45 mins to my installation time which is a pretty big deal. The color is very ashy, almost a purple hue. And I can't run my fingers through without it getting stuck. Which is unusual for Donna Bella hair. Reminds me of cheap hair from Amazon I used to buy years ago when I first started getting into extensions. You learn quickly that just because it feels good at first doesn't mean it will last. If you haven't worked with many different hair brands it would be hard to tell a difference, but you can probably take your chance with Amazon hair for a lot less cost.
My last order consisted of two packages of hybrid wefts this color, and 12-60 both are new packaging and the same problems exist in the other color also. So I'm assuming this is how the rest of the hair will be from now on. I really hope Donna Bella switches back to their previous distributor. I can't take another chance on this hair for my clients.”

The color is very ashy, almost a purple hue. Which you wouldn't think is a big deal, but is usually a sign of cheap hair. The more over processed the hair is, the more ash tones it picks up. Also I can't run my fingers through without it getting stuck. Which is unusual for Donna Bella hair.

“This is my third package of hair same color but first 22 inch purchase.
This hair will NOT CURL!! It will not hold a curl at all, so disappointed! I’ve washed it, left conditioner off, I’ve tried everything, no hold at all. Also this package came very blonde on the ends, which I do not like; my last two packs were not this blonde on the ends.
This pack was also very thin compared to the 16-18 inch packs. Overall I’m just highly disappointed.
I don’t think I’ll be ordering hair from DB anymore.
The photo below has been curled with a one inch barrel on high heat….. this is 10 minutes after -no curl!”
