“Absolutely disgusting and horrible. Never had I had this kind of customer service. I never received my product although I had the special insurance I'm having to jump through hoops to get my money back. This company should not be in business. Now they want a police report I never sign for nothing. Who lays an expensive product on somebody's front porch. Without a signature. I will report them to the attorney general NK the Better Business Bureau. Please do not do business with this company because if you have any issues they will give you the rent around like you will never believe.”
“This company hides behind this insurance company, but... it’s not a legitimate insurance company. They don’t care about their customers at all, so just don’t waste your time with either company because I would hate for a fellow new mom to buy hair here to make herself feel good, just to be robbed of $200... like I did. Oh and to not be ignored when you try to resolve the fact you never received the hair. Outstaaaanding customer service.”
