“After having several items missing from my package, I thought because I had "Route" I wouldn't have worry they could ship my items in time for my event. Well was I completely wrong. I had to jump through hoops to get answers or any type of help. Now 7 days later and still did not receive my missing items nor reimbursed. My event was ruined because I needed my hair to be an specific style and I feel this company does not care about their customers!”
