“i paid for 2 day shipping. my package was delayed two additional days, now it has NO delivery date. I called donnabella support and was told "the package can be up to 30 days late before we will even look at it to be covered for insurance"
that is a POOR way of doing business. I will be going to a company that treats Professionals better. One who realizes that our income in based on items arriving within the time frame (give or take a few days). Pathetic customer service standards. Didnt even offer to ship a new one, and return the other one when it finally arrives.. NOTHING.”
