“I placed an order on the 28th of September, I received it on October 1st. As soon as I got my extensions and replacement tape, I knew I had to return it. The extensions were only 10 pieces when I thought it was a full head of hair. They sent me a return label and I got the package in the mail on October 2nd. They said it took until October 13th to receive my order. When I called on the 14th to ask about my return. I was told they just received my return and it could take 2-3 days to process the return and get my refund once they get the product. I emailed them on October 16, 3 days after they received the product and said It might not be processed until Monday. I am sorry, but you took my money immediately. Idk why it took so long to get mailed to them, or if they are lieing, but 14 days to receive a refund is a but ridiculous to me. I just want to warn everyone that if you are not happy with your product, don't expect a refund quickly.”
