“I ordered 10 packs of Tape in extensions but experienced an issue at the salon with the original tape on the extension and reached out to customer service and they were amazing. The actually sent my replacement tape in adhesive completely free and since then I have had no issues. The customer service is phenomenal and I couldn’t be happier!
