I want my money back and they want me to fill out some stupid survey that has nothing to do with the hair tapes and hair coming out. Done with y’all and have been telling people not to use because you don’t care to help your customers. My clie t went to someone else to extensions put In. The bad thing is my client was my daughter. “I like the tape to reuse my Donna Bella extensions I think the amount they give u is worth the price but I wish the residue was more sticky I use my flat iron a lil tap to secure it before they’re placed in my hair”
