“I placed an order on February 10th, and it is February 21st and I have yet to receive my order. The website said I would have had my order by now and I had an appointment scheduled to have the extensions installed and I had to forfeit my appointment and pay a cancellation fee at the salon. Very disappointed. I emailed customer service and they said my order never shipped and it was still in pre-shipment, so they were going to Fed Ex 2 day expedited shipping, but it’s been 3 days now and still waiting.....”
