“My wife got these extensions after hearing about how great they are the clips fell out and about 2 or 3 days they started unraveling.. I left a bad review and I complained and they wrote me back and said they're not for everyday use she should have got something more permanent instead of a refund nothing no give you anything back I said will give you 30% off your next order customer service means to me hey you don't like them send them back she actually hasn't even warm since that happened she went and bought extensions from cashmere which are amazing in their thick and they feel really really smooth and nice”

It is true we do not provide refunds on products that have been used, and it sounds like the offer we extended was not satisfactory.
