“I have been wearing individual hair extending for about 7 years now due to me barely having any hair. I have tried a large variety of manufacturers, lengths, styles, colors, and bead sizes. I tried the flat-tip hair extensions with Donna Bella for the first time and I will say the quality of the hair is good! It doesn't tangle and has maintained its softness. However, the hair states it's 22g of weight per 20 strands. I've always purchased 1g per stand hair and 140 strands from other makers so with yours being slightly more overall for 20 strands, I thought I needed less strands to achieve the same thickness. I originally ordered 100 strands. I was very disappointed that my hair did not look at all full like I've always had. So I ordered 40 more. And your hair is way more pricier than I've ever paid. Even with 140 strands, my hair is not as full as all the other makers I've purchased on Amazon. It does not seem the grams of weight were accurate when I'm wearing the same number of strands, yet supposedly more grams per 20 strands of hair (22g versus 20g), and still don't have the volume I'm used to having. I do appreciate the quality and how flat these strands laid on my head (round tip ones seem to stick out a bit). Not sure I'm willing to fork out the pricey cost for only 20 strands. I'm used to buying more in bulk of 50 strands in a pack for way less. While I might need to replace them more often, my main goal is having a full look. That's more important to me.”
“It was very upsetting when my package arrived. My package was damaged and had 4 pieces missing. This was my first purchased with this company and will be my last. Because the items were missing in my package, my event planned was ruined. Now 7 days later, I still did not received the rest of my items nor did I get reimbursed. My best advice for future shoppers is: if you are planning a lifetime event buy your products at an actual store (in person) so you don't have to rely on others and risk your event being ruined!!”
