“The extensions were not at all like the sample. They had a noticeable pink tone in them. I kept them because I didn’t have time to wait for an exchange but my hairdresser had to do a lot of work to get the pink out.”
“I was disappointed that the hair I usually buy in 18” is not available and is only available in 16” and cost more!
Will be looking elsewhere after 10 years of excellent service.”
