“I’ve purchased I-Link and Flat tip extensions and the bond on the flat tips dissolved in 2 months! When I went to my hair stylist for my 8 week re-tie 2 entire packs (40 tips) where shredded!!! I’m contacting customer service tomorrow and I hope they replace them and hopefully it was just a bad batch because I just purchased 7 other packs and got them put in.”
