“Iv purchased your beaded I-Link extensions multiple times for personal and professional use and after purchasing 10 bags of ash blonde flat tip extensions I have felt very let down with the quality of the hair. This hair dreadlocks throughout the strand causing not only the extension but my hair to be ripped out upon detangling. After two weeks of having them in they became very coarse and frizzy. I know that this problem is not due to installment because I have been using your hair for years now. I would hope that I possibly just got a bad batch of your extensions because I would hate to have to refer my clients to a different brand of hair due to quality after I have been such a faithful customer.”
