“I always buy my hair from Donna Bella and this is the first time I was very disappointed! I’ve had these extensions in for less than a week and they look hideous… the blond looks split and burnt and it also looks orange as it goes to brown.”
“Love the color of these extensions. I usually buy chestnut and platinum blonde and mix them but I wanted something different. After having them in my hair for only 1 month the hair has major breakage and was so knotted I had to brush it out. I wouldn't go anywhere because my hair looked like I hadn't even brushed it out. I never thought I would write a bad review for Donna Bella but their customer service wouldn't do anything but send out 2 new packs or I had to take my hair out and send it all back and there would be no guarantee I would get a refund to buy more or a replacement. I had to buy 4 more packs out of pocket just so I could have a full head of hair. I'm still really upset because I had to pay an additional amount for my stylist to take them out put temporary ones in until I got the new hair and an amount for her to install those. I have very thin and short hair so I'm very self conscious about it. I asked them to please do better and they wouldn't. Hoping my new hair will not do the same as the last hair. I'm out so much money now just because they would send me 6 packs and I would of sent back the hair that was damaged. That's all I asked for. I wasn't trying to get free hair I was hoping they would make it right and I could send the hair back after new ones were installed. Thankfully my hairstylist had some extra hair in her salon that she wasn't going to use until I received my new hair.”
“These were a test for my regular extension client who wanted to change up her look a little. We only bought one pack for accent pieces, but we are now getting more! I only wish they came in a shorter length as well. Beautiful extensions.”
“The different colors of the extensions did not blend in very well, had harsh lines where one colored stopped and the other started. Other than the color issue great quality.”
“The hair is excellent quality as always but it didn’t match the swatch at all !! The swatch shows warmth in the mid shaft but it’s actually a very bright copper with red undertones. I was in a rush so I was forced to color them to make them match I will never order this color again.”
