“Do not get it. They ripped me off. They don’t call back and they don’t give you the full refund not the taxes you paid. Their customer service is less than satisfactory and their reply/response is beyond slow. I had to buy a new pair from Bellami. Use them it’s better. They sent replacements and the same thing happened from the first one they were stolen because they still did not put the option of it being put in the mailbox or being released by signature. No one gets back to you. $325.74 for that and I had to spend more for Bellami. I had to reschedule my appointment because of this inconvenience from the hair insurance and Donna Bella don’t even deal with it.”
