“I spent $340.80 for hair and insurance on the hair and you sell this insurance as if it is a peace of mind and I would be covered. This hair is stringy and does not blend in and worst thing is that it won’t stay in my hair. I have had 1/3 of them fall out in less than a week. I call into Donna Bella Hair customer service and of course they just blame the hair stylist that has been doing extensions for 12 years. I will be sure to let her know that. Thanks for nothing and glad you got not only $300 for selling me bad hair and another $40.80 for Insurance that makes you more money and DOES NOT protected me, the customer.”
