“I ordered the hair for a client, i clicked No to having the hair insurance multiple times and some how it still remained in my cart and charged her. She was very unhappy and thought I up charged her. So after reviewing the receipt to figure out the issue i noticed the problem. Iv never once got the insurance, and I know i clicked no a few times. Anyway to make my client happy i took $40 off her service on my end.

“Not great for fine thin hair at all! I can’t get the hair thick enough and you can see all the beads really well not too sure what to do to fix the problem? I used I-Links with the flare beads that said was best for fine hair but I feel like maybe some thick Kera links would be better??”
