“worst business practice in the USA. Buy from China. I did not receive my order and I also had insurance. Was not delivered by Fed Ex and hair company Donna Bella refused to deal with it. I was told I had to argue with fed ex. pretty poor business practice. I will tell every hair dresser or practitioner I know plus hit Face Book. Done with crooked insurance or this crooked company. “These are the thickest extensions I’ve had up where they tape in. If you have thicker hair I’m sure they are fine, but with thin hair like mine, they are very hard to hide. Even if I just had them on the lower half of my head, ponytails are a no go. I gave them 3 stars because the hair part is fine. They just will not work for me so I’m out the money.”
