“My hairstylist placed the order for me and when I received my order I had tape ins and beaded. The stylist said no worries we can work with this. However, when I called and I also purchased the insurance and tried to explain that after spending $500 and more my hair didn’t flow the Proper way. She informed me to send an email about my concerns and didn’t help me one bit. My hair looks like patch work. It didn’t blind properly and apparently buying insurance doesn’t help you at all.”
“I’m a loyal customer to Bombay hair but dud to the hair being on back order I was looking for a back up hair company and when I searched Donna Bella came up as comparable when I recieved the hair it’s very thin and I got half of what I usually get with Bombay and the hair is extremely thin and I would have to buy twice as much to make it look as full as Bombay hair is”
