“I used to get the kera link extensions in the platinum blonde color but I decided to give my natural hair a break, so I removed them. I was missing the length and was so excited to see they had the solo option so I got it in the same color. It seemed a little more yellow/brassy than the kera links so I’m exchanging them for the platinum ash blonde but I think it’s great for those who want a more temporary solution and it stays in place well.”

“While I thought I ordered the clip in hair extensions, I was delivered the halo. It didn’t work for me. I decided I no longer wanted to try the clip ins so I chose return & refund. I later learned there’s a 15% restocking fee & I had to pay for the return shipping. So essentially, I lost $30 due to their ridiculous return policy. Make sure you know what you’re ordering and don’t consider this an easy, “something to try and if I don’t like it I’ll return it” situation. You’ll be out $30 like I am with nothing to show for it.”
