“The quality of hair is great it’s HOW it fits on my head that is an issue. While the concept of a “halo” is a good one, there is no ability to adjust the “fish wire” and so it slips and moves For example while trying to wear it, I turned my head and the halo shifted. LOL…ridiculous. For me this was a waste of a purchase”
“I had order a 20” halo and upon arrival it was too short had immediately boxed it up and sent it back after reaching out to there customer service and starting the return and receiving a return label. Shipped it out and it was delivered to the company a few days after tracking it and seeing they received it I reached out in regards to getting a refund. They told me to wait a few day. I still heard nothing. I reached out again for them to tell me I had worn and washed this halo! Which is ridiculous. I am a professional hair stylist. I would never do that and did exactly how they asked. So they then tell me I can not return them and they were sent back to me! Which is amazing because they were never received. Terrible CUSTOMER SERVICE.”
