“The hair was very thin and straggly looking. I was surprised at return that there were so many obstacles to an exchange for shorter, thicker hair (which I hope looks better). I will only get an $85 credit to apply and would have to pay $130 more to exchange.”
“I bought the dark chestnut auburn halo extension on 20”. I was very skeptical about the color because I’ve had clip ins and they never matched! Being a true red head it’s very bad finding the perfect color but I can say no one noticed them! I got so many compliments on my hair! When they find out it’s a halo extension they’re shocked! “The color looks NOTHING like the picture. I have a comparison photo but how convenient, I can’t share it. When I called customer service I was told there really were no extensions actually in this color and I would have to dye them myself to achieve this copper shade. But how fortunate, I could easily exchange the extensions. The website states exchanges can take up to 2 weeks. I shipped the extensions back on a Thursday and tracking indicated they were delivered on the following Wednesday. I waited until the following Monday to receive a response but never did, so i emailed customer service. I was told “sorry, the exchange will be processed at the end of the week”.. Already looking at over 2 weeks for an exchange. I have since asked for a refund, which I doubt will go well..”
