“I’ve already written an email but haven’t heard back. I recently purchased the 16” halo extension and am having some troubles with it. The wire seems to not be big enough for my head, so the hair piece in the back keeps slipping up and sliding around. If I press down to secure the hair piece, the wire digs into my head. If I try to put the wire further back down my part, then it just slides around even more as it’s not really secure to my head. There are no clips on the hair weft to prevent it from sliding around and I’m sort of at a loss. I’ve tried many different approaches and it just won’t stay on properly.”
“Hair sticks out from the weft where it’s broken. Seems really thin at the edges. Very disappointing. I’m returning it. I ordered it when I was out of town working and now stuck with hurricane damage but returning it ASAP!”
