“I like to try different hair brands but have found good products from Donna Bella so I’ve continued to order from them until now. This halo is so thin and stringy it’s not even worth $100. Now I have a $200 piece of hair that can’t be returned because I don’t have the box. The same boxes they have in their warehouse and could easily put into a new box. This is my last order. I will be taking my business elsewhere and letting my clients know the same. Shame on this company and their horrible return policy.”
