“This hair is beautiful! I have not washed it yet because it is clean and it is super shiny. Holds curl amazing so you won’t have to stylet each use. I always get compliments on my hair when I wear it. I love the color it is not yellow and it is not ashy I would say it’s a neutral light blonde. Which is the exact color that I love. It takes me like one minute to put it on and Way better than any permanent or removable extension I have ever tried. The only thing is I wish that the string was more adjustable and they had extra or different links of the wire so I can fit it to my head. They do have adjustable’s on the actual extension itself but I find that when you shorten it sometimes there’s like a little bump on the side so I just keep it as long as possible because I don’t like the bump. But overall I love it! I hope that this company also comes out wit toppers so I can add volume to the top of my hair as well and get that bombshell look without teasing my hair”
“My hair is much lighter, more ash grey/platinum, this is very light ash even light blonde, zero grey tones, I would not say platinum. I am returning. It did not blend at all with my platinum ash grey hair. They were very nice and responded quickly. I have not received my refund yet, however, I do not expect a problem.”
“As a Blonde, I have very fine hair. The Solo, in the regular weight was EXTREMELY thick and heavy. This is not a good option for fine hair. When I returned immediately in the same packaging next day they refused a refund. This made me angry as it was literally put back in the same packaging within a minute of me seeing/feeling the thickness. Poor Customer Relations.”
