“The hair is great quality, the only reason I didn't rate this 5 stars is because the string you use to hold it on with is uncomfortable. I agree the string needs to be durable to make sure it doesn't break. They still have good durable strings for your halo that is not as uncomfortable, plus it looks like they're going to untie at the ends. I've only had them for a week, so we'll see.”
“TERRIBLE! Before I purchased it I was texting back and forth with someone that works there and they answered all my questions. AS SOON AS I GOT IT and opened it it was way off on my color.. it wouldn’t curl . They told me to wash it to get the wax off and use purple shampoo. I did that and it still didn’t do the trick. I wanted my money back and I never got a response back. I work for a salon and I know I will never be ordering from here again. I want my money back and I’ll send the halo back. Thanks”
“I have been a hairdresser for 40 years and a bit disappointed in the color. Platinum Ash Blonde does not have much gold in to me. This was a very warm ash blonde. Now I will have to color it and really hoped not to have to do that”
“Got this for my daughter for Christmas she loved the feel and color of it but when she put it on the nylon line holding it together came untied. Had to act quick to keep it from coming all the way out. Hoping we got it tied tight enough so it doesn't come apart on her wedding day. So check the line before trying on just to be on the safe side.”
