“Didn't fit my head at all! when I went to return it I was told there was a restocking fee which was not told to me in the beginning. I was told that they wouldn't even accept it back had it been opened, Tried on or tampered with. Which to me was a little outrageous how would I know it didn't fit if I hadn't tried it on? I am stuck with a Halo that I cannot even use. $225 wasted.”

“I’ve been a Donna Bella customer for years. I’ve been pleased with all the products except the Solo Halo. The hair looked like it came off of a baby doll. The light blonde color was terrible and looked like it was fake hair. Definitely not impressed! I did return the product the next day (5 days ago) after receiving it and I’m awaiting my refund.”
