“I've tried to return myself and contact customer service with no success. I get approved for the return but never get a shipping label to return them. And my salon can't install.”
“Bought 7 packs hair was thin wasnt enough needed to order alot more and it was already 375.00 when i returned it i got 17 dollars back horrible they charge for returning which i was ok with bc it was only going to be not even 20 dollars but then they charged whole bunch other stuff. I just touched the hair to see how it felt did not open everything was returned how i got it even with same packet got it on a tuesday returned on that thursday of the same week”
