“I have never experienced the breakage on the I-link bonds this early. 1st move up and I have splitting of the bonds and fraying. I don’t shower in hot water, I use extension dedicated products, and rarely style my hair with heat. I don’t understand what’s going on. Makes me sad and frustrated.”
“I have been buying these for years.!!! And for the most part the hair is amazing and the quality is top. but, I ordered a few about 3 months ago and it usually last about 6 months and I buy knew or get them reinstalled. But this time for some reason the hair quality was the worst. After a few washes it already started to knot up. I noticed it was thinner than other times I purchased packs as well.
I just ordered again so hopefully I will not be disappointed and the quality will be as it was.”

“I asked for the darkest brown and they sent the lightest brown. I was finally able to get the hair installed and had to have it taken out immediately because the color was so off and far from dark. Terrible experience and will be requesting a refund or replacement.”
