“I was extremely disappointed when I ordered over 450.00 worth of extensions and the order was wrong!! Also I paid for overnight shipping and they came 2 days later, 1/2 hour before my clients appointment. So when I opened the package the wavy, 22” dark golden blonde extensions were “18 curly dark golden blonde. I also ordered 3 packs of 22” wavy light brown, that was fine!! I immediately doubled checked my email and the order form to make sure that I wasn’t the one who made the mistake and they both read 4 packs of 22” wavy dark golden blonde. I was a wreck . Thank god my client has been a client for 4 years but she was going away on vacation the next day so she couldn’t wait to get them done. I worked with what I had and charged the client 1/2 price!! Lost ALOT of money that day! But I will say I order from Donna Bella all the time and besides a couple of issues with delivery being on time there usually very good. I guess stuff happens”
“I had high hopes with the 5 bundles of 22" wavy I stick extensions, however the wave is long gone after 2 washings. Upon the first wash, it felt like a coating was rinsing off the hair, leaving it very dry despite using conditioner. I'm very disappointed with this order and the 4 bundles prior.
It makes me wonder just how long a truly curly style would stay curly... A day?”
