“I installed these for my client Tuesday July 7th and by Monday July 13th they were a frizzy mess and extremely tangly. Almost as if she would have had months of heat damage done to them. She is so bummed that they were like this since we have been using the wavy ones for a while now and used to use the straight ones in the past with no issues.”
