“I’ve worn extensions for over 10 years. The color is great. Curl type great. It’s not very soft hair. It tangles a bit and the strands stay wound up and haven’t expanded even when brushing. So it doesn’t make the area look full. It looks like a small strand of hair so you’d need A LOT of them to look full!! I also Wish there were longer lengths such as 24-26”.”
“I've sent several emails..the first few were answered...and the last still waiting to hear a response...was it because they overcharged me for fedex overnight when overnight didnt happen? SUPPOSEDLY fedex doesnt deliver on saturdays in my area bit I know for a fact that they do cause I get delivery all the time on Saturdays..I've been getting saturday deliveries from other suppliers for years now.....or is it because I complained about the curly hair etensions I had ordered? That was my last email that never got answered from at least 1 week go now...the extensions were the worst I've eve seen some o ly having about 10 stands of hair in them while others were somewhat normal (SEE ATTATCHED PHOTO) Until my client called back to let me know how bad they were shedding!!!!....I normally wouldnt put this info on a review but I dont seem to be getting any answers any other way?? Every other company that I deal with would have responded within 24 hours and fi ed the problem asap.”
“All of the extensions I ordered were correct... but I ordered them on February 1st and payed extra money for express shipping. By February 11th, the products still weren’t here in time for my clients appointment. It messed up my entire schedule and made for a client who was very unhappy.”
“I have used the DB wavy I tip extensions in the past. I recently purchased 4 packs of the curly I tip extensions. They sat so beautifully uniform in the packages and I was so excited to have them installed. Apparently the only place they look beautiful is in the package. the cuticle of the hair goes every which way and the ends of the extensions look like I stuck my finger in an electrical socket and was electrocuted. Additionally, the amount of split ends on these extensions was incredible. The quality of the wavy extensions is amazing but as for the curly hair extensions, I definitely need to find another source because this is embarrassing. I would understand if this was synthetic hair, you get what you pay for, but after the claims of the quality, this is very disappointing.”
